Last week, TEVET, once again had the prestigious honor of participating in the annual Lockheed Martin F-35 Supplier Conference held in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. – April 2, 2025 – TEVET proudly represented Tennessee and the defense industrial base at the Lockheed Martin 2025 F-35 Supplier Fly-In Conference in Washington, D.C.
While there, TEVET spent time with Lockheed Martins’ Todd Nadeau, Director, F-35 Supply Chain Office sharing TEVET’s capabilities and value to the program and across Lockheed Martin.

TEVET also had the opportunity to hear from several Lockheed Martin Keynote Speakers: Morley Green-VP Lockheed Martin Government Affairs, Chauncey McIntosh- Vice President & General Manager F-35 Program, Kyle Becker – Director Supply Chain Operations, and Renee Passman – VP of Integrated Systems Advanced Development Programs.
As part of a select group of suppliers invited to Capitol Hill, we carried a clear and unified message: The F-35 is not just a jet — it’s a critical platform for American security, jobs, and innovation.
Tracy Solomon, TEVET CEO & Founder, and Stephanie Hardin, Senior Account Manager, met directly with federal leaders to discuss the F-35’s growing role in global defense and its economic significance to the state of Tennessee. Meetings included:
- Sen. Marsha Blackburn (TN) – with Legislative Aide William Irwin
- Rep. Diana Harshbarger (TN-01) – with Chief of Staff Zachary Rutherford
- Sen. Bill Hagerty (TN) – with Legislative Aide JT Isaacs and USMC Defense Fellow Steven Behringer
The F-35 Program’s Reach and Impact
The F-35 program supports over 275,000 U.S. jobs and contributes $72+ billion annually to the economy, with 1,650 suppliers across all 50 states — including the people of Greeneville, Tennessee.
TEVET is proud to play our part in this ecosystem and to give voice to the warfighters, engineers, and technicians who bring this mission to life.
“The F-35 program is a national asset. One that protects lives, grows our economy, and secures our future. We’re honored to advocate for it in the halls of Congress.” – Tracy Solomon, CEO & U.S. Navy Veteran
TEVET’s Impact on the F-35 Program
As a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified small business, TEVET supports test and measurement systems critical to the F-35’s success. From supply chain modernization to field readiness, our solutions help ensure every F-35 mission flies with confidence.
Our conversations on the Hill focused on Lockheed Martin’s FY25 themes: Sustainment, Production, and Modernization.
Continuing the Mission
This year’s Fly-In reinforced a simple truth: Air dominance is delivered — together. TEVET remains committed to supporting the F-35 Lightning II and the larger defense community it empowers.
While TEVET serves as a direct supplier to Lockheed Martin Corporation on the F-35 program, they also touch the F-35 supply chain through its subcontractors, which include most of the top prime contractors in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. TEVET offers its customers a one-stop shop for all their Test Equipment needs. In addition to the reduction in administrative costs from fewer lines, POs, and suppliers to manage, TEVET maintains strong contractual relationships with all the major OEMs and distributors, to reduce their customer’s costs and maintain warranties, ensuring they get the equipment they need when they need it.
