At TEVET, service doesn’t stop with our customers and partners—it extends into the communities where we live and work. That’s why we were proud to sponsor and participate in the Lancer Foundation Scholarship Shootout, an event that directly supports our local JROTC chapter and the future leaders it cultivates.

Held in Greeneville, Tennessee, this event brings together community members, veterans, and organizations committed to investing in students with a drive to serve. The funds raised through the shootout help provide scholarships to JROTC cadets—students who exemplify discipline, leadership, and service before self.

Representing TEVET on the field were Facilities Manager Brian Fletcher, Information Technology Manager Paul Daniel, and TEVET’s CEO and Founder Tracy Solomon. Shoulder to shoulder with JROTC cadets, they shared a day of marksmanship and mentorship, reinforcing our belief that leadership is built through shared experience, encouragement, and community support.

“Supporting our local JROTC isn’t just about scholarships—it’s about showing these young men and women that their commitment to service matters,” said Tracy Solomon, CEO and Founder of TEVET. “They are the next generation of military leaders, engineers, and innovators. We’re honored to stand with them.”

Building Character Beyond the Classroom

TEVET’s mission has always been about more than just technical solutions—we’re here to serve. From supporting defense programs with trusted technology solutions to showing up locally for youth programs like JROTC, our team stays committed to the values that shape strong communities and stronger missions.

Whether it’s supplying embedded computing solutions for mission-critical applications or sponsoring a sporting clay fundraiser for student cadets, our dedication to excellence and integrity is unwavering.

Investing in Tomorrow’s Mission-Ready Talent

We believe the students we support today will become the mission-driven professionals we serve tomorrow. Events like the Lancer Foundation Scholarship Shootout remind us of that full-circle connection—and why community engagement is such a vital part of TEVET’s purpose.
